Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless stated otherwise below.

Custom-Made & Handcrafted Items

All custom-made, made-to-order, and handcrafted items are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes items created specifically for your order or customized in any way.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Most Paw Royal products are custom-made. Any ready-to-ship item eligible for return will be clearly identified on the product page. All other items are final sale.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

• Refunds are not offered for damaged or defective items

Failure to notify us within 48 hours voids eligibility for replacement.

Sizing, Fit & Preference

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues, fit concerns, or personal preference. Please review all product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
