Paw Royal currently ships within the United States only.

Processing Time

All Paw Royal products are handcrafted with care and attention to detail.

• Custom-made items: 2–3 weeks production time

• Ready-to-ship accessories: 1–2 business days

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Time & Delays

Shipping times provided by carriers are estimates only. Paw Royal is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

• Please contact us within a reasonable timeframe

• We will assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier

• A replacement or refund will be issued only if the carrier officially confirms the package as lost

Paw Royal is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
