Handmade Nature & Variations

All Paw Royal products are handcrafted. Variations in color, texture, stitching, or materials are natural and are not considered defects. Custom items may not appear exactly identical to sample images.

Product Use & Care

• Products are intended for pets only and must be used under owner supervision

• Paw Royal is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, damages, or wear caused by misuse, lack of supervision, or improper care

Order Refusal & Cancellation

Paw Royal reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

If an order is canceled by Paw Royal, a refund will be issued where required by law.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Paw Royal directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
